• ​Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives with a printing defect, damage, or the wrong size/design due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly provide a 100% free replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.
• ​Buyer's Remorse / Wrong Size Ordered: Explicitly state that because every single item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if a customer changes their mind or orders the incorrect size. Please consult our size charts carefully before checkout to ensure the perfect fit.
